O God, our God and the God of our fathers, we consecrate to Thee all that we are and all that we have, the powers of our mind, the members of our body, our wealth, and our time: Grant us grace, 0 Father of mercies, to employ all to Thy glory, and to live in obedience to Thy commands, with an ardent and humble desire to continue Thine throughout the endless ages of eternity; through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

O GOD, before Whose face the generations rise and pass away, the Strength of those who labor and suffer, and the Repose of the holy and blessed dead: We rejoice in the Communion of Thy Saints. We remember all who have faithfully lived; all who have peacefully died, and especially those most dear to us who have entered into rest with Thee. Lift us into light and love; and give us at last our portion with those who have trusted in Thee and striven in all things to do Thy holy will. Unto Thy Name, with the Church on earth and the Church in heaven, we ascribe all honor and glory, world without end.

unday September 11th was a blessed day for us at Christ the King as we gathered to say thank you to God for 80 years of grace and blessing. In my sermon that day, the Lord reminded us that the central purpose of Christ the King Church and Preschool was, is and ever shall be the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Good News of God rescuing and redeeming us lost sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus. This continues to be the hope-filled message we proclaim to the world around us, a world steeped in a culture of death and despair.
