  • Offering Envelopes

    Offering Envelopes for 2024 are now in our narthex. Please pick up your new envelopes today, but please do not begin using them until January 1, 2024. Should you not find your envelopes, please contact the church office and we will assist you. You can also help by taking envelopes to your family members and others who are not present today.

  • Group with No Name

    The next meeting of the "Group with No Name", with be Thursday November 30th at 10am. Please join us, in the library, for devotions, Christmas music, and fellowship. We will be sending Christmas cards to the shut in and ill members of our congregation.

  • Einstein and Graham: Going Somewhere!

    In January 2000, civic leaders in Charlotte, North Carolina, invited their favorite son, Billy Graham, to a luncheon in his honor. Billy initially hesitated to accept the invitation because he struggles with Parkinson's disease.  But the Charlotte leaders insisted, 'We don't expect a major address. Just come and let us honor you.'  So the evangelist agreed.

  • Poinsettia Orders

    Help decorate our Chancel Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning by purchasing a poinsettia plant. The cost is $11.00 per plant. Only Red poinsettias are available this year.

  • Cold Weather Clothing Donations

    As the winter season is approaching and you start to pull out the cold weather gear, would you please consider donating any unused jackets, coats, hats and gloves to a few local non-profits in the area? Near the stairwell in the middle of the church, there are several boxes to leave the items. We plan on dropping items off as the boxes fill. Any questions, please reach out to Doug Bohannon.   • Youth Thanksgiving Service Project

    The Inner City Youth Group headed by Kinda Makini reached out to us once again asking if we might be able to help them this Thanksgiving.  Would we, at Christ the King, like to help some of our Detroit neighbor’s by providing 10 Thanksgiving baskets for families in need?
