Poinsettia Orders

Help decorate our Chancel Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning by purchasing a poinsettia plant. The cost is $11.00 per plant. Only Red poinsettias are available this year.

1. Please Print and fill out the form.
2. Include your cash or check payable to Pam Zimmer.
3. Place it in a “Designated Gift” envelope to Pam Zimmer’s
   attention.
4. Return to the church office or place in the collection plate.

Orders MUST be in by Monday, November 20th. Be sure to specify how many plants you would like. You may pick up your plant after the after the 9:30 A.M. Service on Christmas Day, December 25th.
